Bánh xèo: a sizzling pancake stuffed with pork shrimp and bean sprouts.  you tear off a chunk, wrap it in fresh greens, garnish with herbs and enjoy
Chè Trôi Nước: tapioca dumplings with bean filling in with coconut milk and sesame seeds
Saigon sweets: Suong Sa Hot Luu (grass jelly, water chestnut, tapioca pearls and coconut milk) and another tasty technicolor bevera
